These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Al Safeer Academy (alsafeerquranacademy.com) and the online educational services we provide. Please read them carefully before enrolling in any course.
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by Al Safeer Academy ("we", "us", "the Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to students, parents/guardians of minor students, teachers, and any visitor to our website.
Al Safeer Academy is an online Islamic education provider offering live, one-to-one and small-group classes in Quran recitation (Tajweed), Quran memorisation (Hifz), Islamic studies, and Arabic language.
All classes are conducted via secure video conferencing. Students attend from their own home using a phone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection.
To enroll in any paid course you must register an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
Students under the age of 13 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the child's behalf.
Every new student is entitled to one (1) free 30-minute trial class per course. No payment information is required to book a trial. The trial helps both the student and the teacher confirm fit before any subscription begins.
Course fees are billed monthly in advance unless a longer-term plan is selected at sign-up. All prices on our website are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners. Al Safeer Academy does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Failure to pay an outstanding invoice may result in the suspension of classes after a reasonable reminder period.
Students, parents/guardians, and teachers agree to maintain an environment of respect, modesty, and Islamic adab at all times during classes.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of classes without refund:
Some classes may be recorded for the student's personal review and for our quality-assurance and teacher-training programmes. Recordings will not be made public.
All curriculum materials, lesson plans, recordings, and academy-produced media remain the intellectual property of Al Safeer Academy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Individual classes can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice. Less notice may result in the class being counted as attended.
Al Safeer Academy provides educational services on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from interruption of service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (internet outages, power failures, force majeure events).
Our total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Material changes will be announced on our website and, where appropriate, by email to active students.
Continued use of our services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Attock District, Pakistan.
