What you can expect from us if you would like a refund for a class, a billing cycle, or your subscription as a whole.
We want every student to be confident in choosing Al Safeer Academy. This Refund Policy explains how and when refunds are available so that you know exactly where you stand.
Every new student receives one (1) complimentary 30-minute trial class. No payment is collected before the trial. If you decide not to continue after the trial, no charges apply.
Course fees are billed monthly in advance. You may request a refund of the most recent monthly payment subject to the conditions below:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing darsequran35@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; classes already paid for in the current cycle remain available until the cycle ends.
If you cannot attend a scheduled class, please notify your teacher at least 12 hours in advance through the dashboard or WhatsApp. Rescheduled classes are credited automatically and do not require a refund. Classes missed without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If we cancel a class on our side for any reason (teacher illness, technical fault on our infrastructure, etc.), the class will be rescheduled at no cost or, if you prefer, the equivalent fee will be credited to your next invoice.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you disagree with a refund decision, please reply to the refund team's email within 7 days and we will escalate the matter to academy management for a final review.
