• Account details — name, email, phone number, country, time zone, password (hashed).
• For minor students — parent / guardian contact details and the child's age and learning goals.
• Billing details — name and country for invoicing. Card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor; we do not store them.
• Communications — messages you send through our contact form, demo-request form, WhatsApp, or email.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data — browser type, operating system, IP address, pages visited, referring page.
• Class attendance & progress — join / leave times, attendance status, and progress notes recorded by the teacher.
• Push-notification tokens — Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to deliver class reminders to your browser or phone.
• Cookies & local storage — used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide your classes, generate schedules, and deliver class reminders
• Process payments and issue invoices / receipts
• Communicate with you about upcoming classes, account activity, and important updates

4Children's Privacy

We knowingly serve students under the age of 13 only when an account has been created and consent provided by a parent or legal guardian. Parents may at any time review, edit, or request deletion of their child's information by emailing darsequran35@gmail.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of third parties, strictly for the purposes for which you provided it:

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Once you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
