Can I change my teacher if I'm not satisfied?

Absolutely. Your comfort and learning experience is our priority. You can request a teacher change at any time, and we will assign a new certified teacher matched to your preferences within 48 hours — completely free of charge.

What timezone do the classes run in?

We serve students across 40+ countries and all major timezones. When booking your classes, you select your local timezone and preferred time slots. Our teachers are available from early morning to late evening (PKT) to accommodate students from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

Are classes available for children?

Yes! We have dedicated programs for children starting from age 5. Our kids' teachers use fun, engaging, and age-appropriate methods. All children's classes are fully monitored for safety, and parents receive weekly progress reports through our parent portal.
